Permission to use audio

Only upload original or reference files that you have the right to upload and process. Uploading a file does not transfer ownership of the recording to TONEVY. We process files to provide the analysis, mastering, and delivery you request. We do not use them by default for training, promotion, or public demos.

Using the beta

There is currently no paid checkout. You do not need to watch or click an ad to upload or download audio. The studio shows whether new jobs are being accepted and the current file and job limits. We may pause new jobs during outages, maintenance, or capacity shortages. Keep your own copies of important originals and finished files.

Results and limits

A technical PASS does not guarantee better sound or how a particular platform will re-encode your audio. Limits apply to file length and size, concurrent jobs, and processing attempts. We do not promise unlimited use or advertising income.

Deleting files

New uploads are usually available for 24 hours after upload, mastered WAV files for 24 hours after completion, and reports for 30 days after completion. Check the actual expiry time in the studio. If you ask to delete an original, we block access to its related jobs and results and clean up stored files. We retry cleanup if it fails. Copies on your own device remain under your control.
