Who we are and what this policy covers

TONEVY is an online audio mastering service operated by Juny Lee. This policy applies when you visit our website, sign in, submit audio, save settings, or contact us. It explains what information we handle, why we handle it, and how you can manage it.

You can browse public pages without an account. Google sign-in is required to submit audio or access your work.

Information we collect

• Account: a pseudonymous hash of the Google account identifier and a separate internal account number. Google may return a name and email address during sign-in, but TONEVY does not store them as account details.
• Audio and work: the files you submit, filenames, processing choices, reference analysis and notes you choose to save, technical results, and job status.
• Saved settings: setting names and mastering options you choose to save to your account.
• Support: messages and replies submitted through private support, or your email address and message if you email us.
• Service operation: limited job timing, transfer and resource-use records associated with your account, plus short-lived information needed to secure sign-in and prevent abuse. Hosting providers may separately process connection and security logs.

Audio may itself contain personal information, including a voice or metadata. Please do not put sensitive information in filenames, saved setting names, or support messages.

How we use information

• Sign you in and keep your files and saved settings private to your account.
• Analyze and master audio at your request, deliver the results, and resolve processing errors.
• Maintain service security and capacity, and respond to support and privacy requests.

We do not use submitted audio to train models or create promotional demos. You retain ownership of your recordings.

Ads and ad measurement are not currently active in the mastering studio. You never need to view or click an ad to process or download audio. Even non-personalized ads may involve device or network information.

When we share information

We use Google for sign-in, Google Cloud to process mastering jobs, and OpenAI Sites with connected Cloudflare services to host the website and store account records and files. Each provider receives the information needed for its role. We do not currently send your name, email address, or audio files to advertisers. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect the service and its users.

Retention and deletion

Expired files become unavailable and are queued for deletion. Active jobs, failures, backups, or provider logs can take longer to clear. Older records created before automatic expiry was introduced may remain until you delete your account. Files you downloaded to your device are yours to manage.

Your choices and rights

You can delete individual files, results, and saved settings in the studio, or request deletion of your account and associated server data in My Data. You can also ask to access, correct, or delete information through private support or by emailing tonevy26@gmail.com. We verify account-related requests before acting. An automated full-data export is not currently available.

You can decline to upload audio. If you have already submitted it, use the deletion controls or contact us. Your browser stores your language preference on your device; clearing site data removes it. A necessary sign-in cookie may remain valid for up to seven days. Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights; contact us to exercise them.

Security and international processing

We use encrypted connections, account-based access controls, and time-limited sessions to protect your information. Audio mastering runs on Google Cloud servers in Iowa, United States. Our website and stored files are hosted through OpenAI Sites and connected Cloudflare services. They may process information in other countries; we are confirming their storage locations.

Changes and contact

We will update this policy and its date when our data practices change. Juny Lee is responsible for TONEVY's handling of personal information. For privacy, service, or audio-rights questions, email tonevy26@gmail.com, including if you cannot sign in. Emails are kept in the operator's Gmail mailbox and do not follow the support form's 30-day deletion schedule. You may ask us to delete an email.
